Puppy Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in Premium Labradoodles.
Once you have completed this form we will reply by email with more information about our puppies, our pricing, who is currently available, and how to secure your place. We are a small-scale ethical boutique breeder, our puppies are born and raised in our home and apart of our family. Due to this we only have 1–2 litters each year, so our puppies are often in high demand. All of our puppies are raised in our family home on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia. We have flights available nationwide and currently have puppies residing all over Australia from Perth to Canberra and even in Tasmania!
Our puppies come vet-checked, vaccinated, microchipped, and with a full puppy pack. A $500 deposit is required to secure your puppy, with temperament-based matching prioritised. We’re happy to arrange a video call so we can get to know each other and ensure you're the right fit for one of our Premium puppies. We’ll also take the time to discuss your preferences and answer any questions you may have.
